Specifications And Price Details

Processor,Memory and OS

Xperia M comes with a Dual-core 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon  S4 Plus MSM8227 processor.THe processor is fast and smooth and the possibilities from the dual-core processor is good enough. Adreno 305 pumps the device with not miraculous but good graphics, nothing unexpected, as we always find decent graphics from SONY. 1 GB of Ram is delivered the device, which is pretty enough to run most games and applications on a dual core processor. The device delivers only one variant- one with an internal storage of 4GB. this wouldn't matter as SD-card slot is available, which allow expanding your secondary memory upto 32 GB. The phone comes with Jellybean 4.1 and we can hope that SONY is kind enough to give an update.

We don't expect any difference from SONY’s linear range of design, but there is still some class to it. Sony has managed to give the device a sleek and non-plasticy look similar to many other sony devices. The mid-budget smartphone is fairly light compared to other 4.0” screen phones out there. The device might not be protected by Corning Gorilla glass, still the protective glass is scratch resistant. Display
Xperia M features a 4.0” TFT capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of  480X854 pixels.  The pixel density of 245 ppi maybe a bit higher than the galaxy counterparts of the same screen size. The screen senses up to 4 fingers at the same time. The display supports 720p video playback.although high end HD gaming won't be possible, most of the games are decently playable at the resolution available.

Even before when android was still in it’s cribs, Sony (Sony Ericsson back then) had the phones with the better range of inbuilt cameras. But rising competition in smartphone manufacturing has lead to even more competition in aspects like camera and connectivity, Sony still delivers very good camera, though there have been disappointments lately. Other giants like Apple and Samsung are in the race to provide the best camera to their smartphones. Xperia M features a 5MP rear camera with autofocus and LED flash. 720p videos can be captured with the same.It also has a VGA front camera for the purpose of video calling.

Price Details
The Indian version is priced at 13990 and might cost about 300 dollars in the US

Pros & Cons of Sony Xperia M

>Good price for a mid budget phone from SONY
>Removable battery
>Usb On The Go
>Playstation Certified
>SD card Slot (Right on you face Xperia U :P)
>Camera Button
>No Corning Gorilla Glass
>Screen Quality
>Camera Not up to Expectations
>No New features that we haven't seen Wrapping Up, The Verdict
At Last, we’ve got a budget phone phone from SONY. But there aren't any new features in this product, but this phone is good for those people who are going for their first try at the most famous mobile OS. There is nothing new for those  android fans out there. Apart from that i’m pretty sure that u might get good performance from a phone of this range. The dual-core processor is sure to do you some favour. You might be disappointed with the camera. So if you are into taking snaps, then you might get better phone at the same price-tag.

to wrap up, the new SONY Xperia M is a good, decent phone. Don't expect too much from this phone as it is just a mid range phone and you might get phones with better specifications than this device
My rating- 6.5/10

Other Recommendations :- HTC Sensation XE,Micromax Canvas HD, Samsung Galaxy Core, Nokia Lumia 620,HTC One.
